2013: Executive Director

As an Executive Director specifically responsible for implementing a large-scale business transformation programme, I have a fantastic opportunity to make real improvements to the way the company delivers its business.

I can ensure that our processes and systems are ready for the challenges we face in the global marketplace.

2007: Director, Project Control

I became part of the Operations Group Senior Management team when I was appointed as Director of Project Control.

I was responsible for managing and developing our Project Control capability across operational execution centres internationally.

2005: Manager, Engineering

Based in Renfrew, I managed 180 professional staff who provided engineering support to our Services projects.

2002: MBA completion; Senior Project Manager

Doosan supported my continued learning and gave me the opportunity to manage a complex and challenging multi-million pound Alliance EPC project at Sellafield.

1996: Project Manager

I was appointed Project Manager responsible for the delivery of a wide range of projects for both the UK and US markets. During the following years I gained valuable Project Management experience working on thermal power, pharmaceutical and nuclear projects.

1989: BEng (Hons); Production Superintendent

I was promoted to the position of Production Superintendent of overall responsibility for the operating performance of the Pipe & Manifold department.
